Begin with a knowledge-sharing session.
We would welcome a session around a selected management priority, and a practical workshop of up to one day may be arranged with an institutional sponsor. One area for a complimentary focused review can then be agreed together, with separate scope and scheduling.
The agreed introductory activity carries no LBS professional fee and no obligation to commission further work. Any travel or other direct costs are identified and agreed before scheduling.

A 20–30-minute conversation is enough to understand the context and agree whether a complimentary focused review or a knowledge-sharing session would be useful.
